We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our transportation services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with network planning, managing authorizations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to partner performance analysis, quality control, and the implementation of effective action plans and KPIs.
- Daily Operations Management:
Ensure daily departures align with network planning definitions and address any discrepancies promptly. - Authorizations Management:
Handle authorization processes and maintain follow-up procedures to ensure smooth operations. - Stakeholder Relations:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with authorities, operating partners, and suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues. - Partner Support:
Serve as the primary contact for bus and door-to-gate partners, offering support to drivers and addressing stakeholder inquiries. - Hardware Distribution:
Oversee the management and distribution of hardware devices to ensure drivers are equipped to perform their duties. - Driver Training and Company Values:
Coordinate driver training sessions following the "train the trainer" model, while promoting the company's values and standards. - Quality Control:
Collaborate with customer care to monitor service quality provided by partners and identify areas for improvement. - Performance Analysis:
