We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team, selling tickets for our bus service connecting Milan Bergamo Airport and the city of Milan.
The successful candidate will be based at Milan Railway Station and will work on a shift basis. This role offers a competitive salary.
Ticket Sales:
Actively engage with potential customers to sell bus tickets.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and offering information about schedules, routes, and pricing.
Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Shift Work:
Adapt to a rotational shift schedule to ensure coverage including weekends and bank holidays.
Promotion Participation:
Participate in promotional activities to increase ticket sales and maximize customer engagement.
Experience:
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Motivation:
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Flexibility:
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Language Skills:
Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
